Whis

Whis is an Angel from Dragon Ball Super. Whis is a tall, thin humanoid with pale blue skin, white hair that crests upwards, violet eyes, and rather effeminate features. He owns a long scepter with a gem that floats above it and is usually seen holding it in his right hand. Around his neck floats a large light blue ring. Whis's attire consists of a maroon robe, a black cuirass with white and orange diamond decorations, a blue sash, black high-heeled shoes with long toes.
Whis is very flamboyant, eloquent, and aloof, and loves delicious food.
Whis is extremely powerful, able to easily defeat beings that can destroy planets with minimal effort. Whis has reality warping powers.
