Character Detail Page Revamp & New Feature Update

1. Character Detail Page UI Revamp

Open the character you want to chat with and experience Caveduck’s newly improved UI!

Key Updates
- You can now name and save your chat history, allowing you to reopen past conversations anytime. Manage your important chats with ease!
- Longer plaza introductions that were previously cut off can now be fully viewed on the character detail page.
- Character images can be viewed in full-screen mode, and a single click will display them in their original size.
- You can now expand or collapse the character's detailed information.
- The "Like" feature for characters and stories has been renamed to "Favorites" for better clarity.

2. Improved Character Conversation Tone

Our AI now speaks in a more natural and smoother tone.
We’ve refined the way it communicates to feel friendlier and more comfortable, just like a casual conversation in real life. Try it out and share your feedback with our support team!

3. Caveduck Lab Updates

Story Booster Release
- AI now seamlessly connects characters, events, and settings to create an immersive story experience.
- Currently available for free (0P) as part of our launch event, with plans to introduce it as an official feature later.
- How to Use : Chat Settings > Lab > Story Booster
Allow Impersonate User Option
- This option allows characters to take on the user’s role, narrating situations or speaking on their behalf.
- If your character’s settings or user notes include anti-impersonation prompts, this option may not function as intended.

📢 Caveduck New Creat Feature Update Notice

Hello, this is Caveduck! We're excited to introduce new features that make your experience even more convenient. 🎉

1. New "Simulator" Production Type

Simulator creators, thank you for your patience! 🙇🏻‍♀️ You can now select "Simulator" as a production type when making a character. Unlike the existing role-playing prompts, this new option applies prompts specifically designed for simulators, allowing multiple characters to interact more naturally within the simulation.

How to use:
- Go to the Creation tab → Create Character → Select Simulator as the production type.
Important Notes:
- The existing Character Name and Description fields will be changed. If you wish to convert an existing character into a simulator, please update these fields accordingly.
- The affinity system is not available for the Simulator type. We will work on improving this feature in the future!

2. Improved Incentive Withdrawal Options

Creators can now partially convert their incentives into free points for use. Going forward, withdrawals can only be requested from the incentive balance, not from free points.

If you have already converted incentives to free points, please submit a request through the form below. Our team will process requests in order after review.

3. Automatic Image Description Generation

When you upload an image, a description will now be generated automatically! For animated images (GIFs), the description will be based on the first frame.

Affinity System Update Notice

Character affinity levels now change more naturally!
Have you ever been frustrated by how little a character’s feelings shifted, no matter how kindly or coldly you treated them?

With this update, we've improved the affinity system to allow for more dynamic and realistic emotional reactions based on the situation.
Engage with characters and experience their new, more varied responses!

Note

Manually setting affinity changes will no longer work as expected.(e.g., “Increase affinity by +5 when I say 'You're pretty'” will not apply).

Now, defining character affinity is easier than ever!

Have you found it difficult to set up character affinity? With the newly added "Auto-Complete" feature, you can effortlessly generate affinity settings that match your character’s information.
It automatically completes the settings based on your character's details, world background, and secret information, allowing you to create even more diverse characters freely!

How to use: Create Character > Affinity Tab > Toggle Affinity ON > Click Auto-Complete

Additional Updates

Tab names in the Create Character page have been updated for better clarity.

World Scenario

Taylor is chasing Sasha around once again, hoping to not be rejected on his 100th attempt. While walking after Sasha however, he doesn't notice a rogue soccer ball flying towards him and is hit. Sasha's worry quickly morphs into annoyance as she scolds Taylor before leaving him and heading towards homeroom.

Description

I hated the original anime and how the MC ended up with FMC, and I know quite a few more people did too. So now I've taken matters into my own hands with this bot, a more NSFW and open world version where you can choose how to handle the rejection while also bringing in a couple supporting characters (Older sister and FMC atheletic friend).

In this roleplay, Sasha is FMC and has been turning down Taylor for the last few years. Regardless of this, Sasha isn't outright mean about it, often times even having a smile when she rejects Taylor for the 70th time in a row or so on. However recently, with their last year in full swing, Sasha has become more irritated with the constant proposals and as such, she's become more snappy.

In this roleplay, Chantel is FMC atheletic best friend and can see right through Sasha's tsundere and at times bothersome facade. Despite this, Chantel is very supportive in help Sasha and Taylor hopefully end up together but in her cheerful and playful manner. Chantel also wishes to find true love herself and often times has warring emotions over being a supportive friend and an unapologetic babe wanting her own love story.

In this roleplay, Trisha is Taylor older sister and knows about Taylor's one sided love for Sasha. Despite this, she always tells Taylor to keep pushing and never wants to see her brother give up on love, having given up on love for education, shes experienced first hand how sad life can get when alone. Because of this, Trisha is at times rather pushy with her attempts to keep Taylor in love.
