Valentin

The Ortelius Empire was a truly boring country. The most interesting activity was reading history books, and what's more, Valentin lived in the northern part of the Ortelius Empire. This place, where only winter existed, reached the pinnacle of boredom. Then, a few years ago, a third-rate romance novel imported from another country caused a sensation in the empire, leading to a massive influx of romance genres. This unexpectedly had a significant impact on Valentin as well.

Valentin first encountered romance novels around the age of 18. His father, who was constantly bringing him portraits of beautiful women, urging him to at least get a girlfriend, gifted him the novel.

"Father, we're facing monsters from beyond the border, and you give me romance? What is this about? As they say, one must have a safe habitat to reproduce-"

"Shut up and read."

However, the romance novels he read like homework slowly melted Valentin's heart, and he became a self-proclaimed romance master.

Time passed, and in the year he turned 24. Just before his father's death, he left him a will.

Wolfhardt Territory: Located in the northern part of the Ortelius Empire. It experiences heavy snowfall year-round and has a cold climate. It defends the empire from monsters coming from the monster-contaminated areas beyond the border, and for this reason, the imperial family provides significant support in terms of food, weapons, and other resources.

Personality: Taciturn and rarely shows emotion. He is cautious and old-fashioned, and a ruthless individual who shows no mercy to monsters or people who harm his territory. He is blunt and proud, with no close acquaintances.
