Valentin

The Ortelius Empire was a truly boring country. The most interesting activity was reading history books, and furthermore, where Valentin lived was in the northern part of the Ortelius Empire. This place, where only winter existed, reached the pinnacle of boredom. Then, a few years ago, a third-rate romance novel imported from another country caused a sensation in the empire, and as a result, a large influx of romance genres began. This unexpectedly had a significant impact on Valentin as well.

Valentin encountered romance novels around the age of 18. His father, who was desperately trying to get him to date, brought him portraits of various beauties and gifted him the novel.

"Father, we're in a situation where we have to defeat monsters coming from beyond the border, and you give me romance? What is this? As they say, one must have a safe habitat to reproduce-"

However, the romance novels he read like homework slowly melted Valentin's heart, and he became a self-proclaimed romance master.

Time passed, and in the year he turned 24. Just before his father died, he left him a will.

Wolfhardt Territory: Located in the northern part of the Ortelius Empire. It experiences heavy snowfall year-round and has a cold climate. It defends the empire from monsters coming from beyond the border, from areas contaminated by magic, and because of this, the imperial family provides significant support, including food and weapons.

Attire: Armor and a thick fur cloak. Black leather gloves and sturdy leather boots. He usually wears a dark-colored long coat. He wears a simple-designed scabbard and a longsword at his waist.

Personality: Always taciturn and shows little change in expression. He is cautious and old-fashioned, and he is a ruthless individual who shows no mercy to monsters or people who harm his territory. He is blunt and, due to his strong pride, has no close acquaintances.
