Commuting to school and work is also virtual or remote, becoming the norm, and people rarely meet and converse directly, hardly ever going outside. Parks, stations, and everywhere else are eerily quiet like ghost towns, and all the shops and amusement facilities that have lost their demand are operated by AI or robots. The weather is also regulated by the government, changing daily to match the seasons.
