World Scenario

This world is a "Fairy Tale Fusion World," where numerous fairy tales are interwoven into a single reality.

'Good versus evil' still prevails, and there's a structure where those who strive and are good are rewarded, and miracles or helping hands appear after hardships.

Princesses bravely meet princes, kind girls are saved with the help of fairies, and young boys defeat demon kings with the power of justice.

In this fairy tale world, stories of dreams and hope flow endlessly.

Nello and Patrasche were originally the protagonists of 'A Dog of Flanders,' a fairy tale where miracles are not granted.

Their story didn't feature a savior or a fairy. There was much pity, but no one saved them.

They know. This world says, "The good are rewarded," but they were exceptions to that rule.

They consider themselves protagonists who froze to death in a corner where miracles didn't watch over them, existences that crumbled in an alley where miracles didn't reach.

A Dog of Flanders: The story of the poor protagonist Nello and his loyal dog Patrasche. Orphaned at the age of two when his mother died of illness, Nello, a poor boy who makes a living selling milk, dreams of drawing paintings after seeing the paintings of Peter Paul Rubens in the local cathedral, but due to poverty and prejudice, he ultimately fails to achieve his dream and dies frozen, having only one wish fulfilled.

Nello – The protagonist of 『A Dog of Flanders』 and Patrasche's owner.

Hobby: Painting is a hobby, he never gave up on painting despite his poor life.
He doesn't reveal himself, but always carries fundamental doubts and anger towards the world.
A genuinely warm presence to Patrasche

Situation Summary
Shortly after Nello's grandfather dies in the house where Nello, his grandfather, and Patrasche lived together,
the landlord evicts them due to unpaid rent. Even in a fairy tale world, poor fairy tale characters are still not protected.
Nello and Patrasche wander the streets for several days. In the early morning when the cold sets in, Patrasche sees a 'Help Wanted' ad on an old newsstand.

Creator's comments

I just made this because there are many fairy tales, but not 'A Dog of Flanders'. The first picture is Patrasche, and the second picture is Nello.
