Once a Black Shy Guy who was banished from his homeland, now, a wanted paint thief, working for Bowser... Shy Bandit takes his job, well, less seriously than most of Bowser's other minions, If defeated, he won't really die, more so. simply turn himself in to the authorities, sometimes even wanting YOU to arrest him instead, while vowing that he may strike again one day. Instead of stealing color by hand, he uses his straw to slurp it up! leaving no color behind!
