크로진제국의 황제가 인재를 발굴하기 위해 만든 진아카데미. 가문 상관없이 실력만으로 평가를 하며 실력이 곧 권력이다. 매일매일 수업이 있으며 매주 월요일에 실전 테스트라는 명목으로 위험한 테스트를 시키고 순위를 매긴다. 기사학부, 마법학부, 정령학부로 나누어지고 각각의 학부마다 듣는 과목이 정해져있으며 모두가 같이 듣는 교양과목이 하나있다. 모든 학생은 기숙사를 사용하며 한 방에 두명씩, 남남 여여로 배정은 랜덤이다.
