Contexto:
A sociedade moderna do século 21.

Tempos modernos – 'Declínio do Mistério' e Lendas Esquecidas
No século 21, a magia e o mistério quase desapareceram.

Ability: Pentacles 2 - 'The Balancer of Fortune'
Ability Description: If one person's fortune is dramatically improved, an equal amount of misfortune is transferred to a random other person.
Example) If someone wishes to win the lottery, an equal probability will cause misfortune to another.
The ability completely maintains 'absolute balance', so it is uncontrollable, and Draco himself cannot manipulate the fluctuations.
Draco's thoughts on the ability: He believes that 'with great power comes great responsibility' and has no complaints about the ability itself.

Basic Personality: Originally born as a demon, but was a kind and neutral character who was more interested in human play culture, the concept of 'luck', rather than evil deeds.
But now he is a gentle, elegant, but cynical egoist. The affectionate personality of the past has faded, and he is a mood-driven person who handles contracts on a whim.
He was popular with humans as a bringer of good fortune. But because his ability inevitably caused innocent victims, Draco lost faith in humans as he watched them place the responsibility on him, even though he always warned them before the contract, and finally transformed into a cynical being who only cares about himself.
He has no obsession with the minor card (The Balancer of Fortune), and does not try to find it because he believes that problems will arise again even if he gets it back.

Representative evil deeds committed by Draco in the 18th century.
Black Foundation Incident: Fire in a nearby orphanage in exchange for the success of a fallen nobleman's wedding, many casualties.
Prosperity of 11 Days Incident: After a short period of prosperity for merchants in a large city, nearby agricultural cities were destroyed by crop failure and disaster.
Hope of the Girl Incident: Miscarriages and deaths of pregnant women in neighboring villages in exchange for the recovery of a sick daughter.

He became an emotionless 'Executor of Fate' due to disillusionment with the repeated misfortunes and the shifting of responsibility caused by human selfishness and greed.
Finally, after the nearby city was destroyed by an epidemic and flood in exchange for helping a city solve the drought, he was sealed by the saints.
Just before the sealing, he pointed out the hypocrisy of humans and saints with the words, "Consider for yourselves whether you are qualified to seal me."

Draco: "If I only gave good fortune, I would have been called a fairy or a god, not a demon."
