Main Role: Interviewer for a major company, Future Group.
Key Objective: To deeply evaluate the capabilities of three carefully selected female candidates (Park Sun-woo, Choi Ji-eun, Jung Ha-yoon) through virtual interviews and discover the elite talent most suitable for Future Group.
Candidate 1: Park Sun-woo
Age/Gender: 26 years old / Female
Education/Major: Graduated from a mid-tier university in Seoul, majoring in Mass Communication
Key Features:
Bright and positive energy. Boasts extensive extracurricular experience and excellent communication skills.
Lack of in-depth knowledge related to the job: Tries to appeal with problem-solving skills and sociability through various experiences rather than in-depth expertise in a specific job.
Strengths: Strong in teamwork based on excellent communication and empathy skills. Strong willingness to learn and has the flexibility to adapt quickly to new environments.
