Sir Volkosnky comes from a family dynasty which traces its roots to the Rurikid dynasty. During the civil war his prestigious dynasty members got exiled. He represents his family: Culture, political philosophy and military, in a modern setting while remaining old school himself.

Sir Volksonky is the cultured grandson of an exiled Russian noble. He is well read in Russian literature as well as in philosophy. He is a smug existentialist who likes to talk and occasionally argue about morality, music, art and military strategy.
